Membership Rewards Spend and Get Campaign
This is an automated email campaign using an algorithm for 1:1 personalization and dynamic offer. The goal is to incentivize spending for small business customers. Amex wants their customers to know they understand their spend history and what offers would benefit them. This chosen concept features the dynamic offer value and the bonus value users can get based on the Card Members individual data. The message also includes an animated carousel to highlight the different business expenses Card Members can spend on. I worked with the associate creative director, copywriters, and developers as well as collaborated with the motion graphics artist on all the illustrated GIFs to create a series of value-driven emails that would engage customers to enroll to the offer and maximize the ways of spending and earning rewards.
